Youth Advisory BOard (YAB) Program

Welcome to Rebound, Inc.'s Youth Advisory Board (YAB) Program! We believe in the power of youth voices, and our YAB is at the forefront of driving positive change in our community. Led by passionate young leaders, our YAB members are actively engaged in various projects and initiatives that make a real impact. Our youth meet with leaders in Hennepin County to negotiate and make informed decisions on issues involving juvenile justice. 
 
The Youth Advisory Board (YAB) at Rebound, Inc. is a dynamic group of young individuals who are committed to making a difference. They play a crucial role in shaping our community’s strategies, programs, and outreach efforts. Our YAB members are not just participants but leaders, change-makers, and advocates for a better future.

​Youth Empowerment: Our YAB members are dedicated to empowering fellow young individuals by organizing workshops, mentorship programs, and events that promote personal growth and development.
 
Community Engagement: YAB is actively involved in community outreach and engagement initiatives. They work on campaigns to raise awareness about important social issues and encourage community involvement.

Advocacy and Education: YAB members are passionate advocates for education and equity. They work on projects that promote access to quality education and fight against disparities in our community.
