RESIDENTIAL PROGRAM
We run and staff three group homes providing culturally specific services to court-involved youth with the goal of successfully reintegrating them into their families and communities. We employ a diverse staff of qualified individuals with degrees in corrections, sociology, psychology, social work, education or related fields.
- House residents and their families are offered case management services
- A minimum staff to resident ratio of 1 to 6, during waking hours
- Our houses employ people with a passion for guiding youth in a positive manner
- Our program provides services to residents between 30 days - 24 months
AFTERCARE PROGRAM
Rebound stays connected with the youth who complete our residential programs, offering a place they can turn to support. Aftercare also supports youth transitioning from foster care.

BETTER TOGETHER YOUTH MENTORSHIP
The Better Together Youth Mentorship Program provides one-on-one mentorship services to corrections-involved youth.

- 1 Year of formal mentoring
- Weekly contact between mentors & youth
- Quarterly group outings
- Ongoing training & support for mentors
UJIMA FAMILY RESILIENCE PROGRAM
Rebound Inc’s Ujima Family Resilience Program prevents justice system involvement among Black boys in Minneapolis. UJIMA provides food assistance/weekly catered meals, transportation amenities, and support that help families with family structure, dynamics, and child engagement. Families in UJIMA partake in fun activities, crafts, discussions from a family coping curriculum, while more importantly have access to a safe/healing space for youth and families in the Minneapolis community.
